1. Introduction
Welcome to Trade Parrot Ltd's Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and successful partnership between Trade Parrot Ltd and its affiliates, focusing on the sale of licenses.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application through our website. Trade Parrot Ltd reserves the right to reject your application at our sole discretion, for any reason.
3. Affiliate Obligations and Compliance
- 3.1. As an affiliate, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on Trade Parrot Ltd.
- 3.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, advertising and privacy laws.
- 3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information in your affiliate account.
- 3.4. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices and must not make any false claims about Trade Parrot Ltd products or services.
4. Promotion and Advertising
- 4.1. Affiliates may use marketing materials provided by Trade Parrot Ltd and must ensure all materials are up to date.
- 4.2. You are prohibited from using spam or unsolicited emails to promote our products.
- 4.3. Affiliates may not create websites or advertisements that mimic or resemble Trade Parrot Ltd's branding or website design.
- 4.4. Use of any form of paid advertising using Trade Parrot Ltd’s brand name or trademarks must be approved in writing.
5. Commission and Payment
- 5.1. Affiliates will receive a commission for each license sale made to a customer who has purchased through a qualified affiliate link.
- 5.2. Commission rates are subject to change and will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate portal.
- 5.3. Payments will be made monthly, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold.
- 5.4. All payments are subject to fraud and return checks and may be adjusted for returns or disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
- 6.1. Trade Parrot Ltd grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our trademarks and marketing materials as provided in the affiliate program.
- 6.2. All intellectual property rights and ownership of materials provided by Trade Parrot Ltd remain with Trade Parrot Ltd.
7. Term and Termination
- 7.1. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party.
- 7.2. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trade Parrot Ltd will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Parrot Ltd and its employees, representatives, and agents, against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising in connection with your breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the commission rates, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
